The SMP Mini-Pleat (MERV 11-16) is a high-efficiency, industrial and commercial grade air filter engineered to capture PM1, PM2.5, and PM10 particulates that pose the greatest risk to human health.

Built with 3D-structured, 100% synthetic media combining coarse, fine, and ultrafine fibers, it delivers high dust holding capacity without the use of glass fiber. The progressive media design extends filter life and lowers total cost of ownership, while 100% humidity resistance protects against bacteria, mold, and fungi growth.

Compact and lightweight compared to legacy deep-pleat models, the SMP Mini-Pleat reduces freight and storage costs while cutting energy use and carbon footprint. Tested to ASHRAE 52.2-2017 standards and made in the USA, it's built for demanding applications including HVAC systems, fan walls, fresh air intake, and mixed-air recirculation.
