The dual layer polyester sleeve rolls and pads are designed to replace low efficiency lint, plastic foam, or metal washable filters in standard HVAC systems such as air thru-the-wall units, wall mounted units, supply vents or smaller requirements where air filters are needed for equipment ventilation and cooling.
Just roll out the dispenser pad to the length you need and cut it with a scissor. The media is inserted over a reusable spring steel ring (sold separately) that ensures sealability when inserted into the equipment.
