The Series 154 is a three-ply 100% 6/15/40 denier graduated density polyester media with a wet internal tackifier between the 2nd and 3rd layers. It is designed to replace pleated and/or fiberglass throwaway filters.
The open weave on the air entering side traps larger particles, while the tight weave on the air exiting side captures the smaller particles. The media heat sealed around the 9 gauge wire frame creates a self-sealing gasket, which dramatically increases efficiency.
It takes up 50% less space compared to standard cardboard framed filters, which saves money and lessens trips by maintenance personnel to air handler.
Available in panel and link form. Link form designed for slide-in systems to ease both installation and changeout.
