The Rigid Cell Filter provides high-efficiency filtration where a clean air environment is a necessity. Filter performance is not significantly affected by changing air velocity or repeated fan shut down, making it the ideal filter choice for variable volume systems.
The filter incorporates wedge-shaped pleats in its design, assuring maximum utilization of the filter media, maximum dust hold capacity and extended filter life. This pleated filter media is reinforced and stabilized through the use of pleat spacers. The result is a rigid, stable metal frame air filter with consistent performance under a variety of operating conditions.
Available in three efficiency ranges, MERV 11, MERV 13, and MERV 15, it is designed for use in a wide variety of applications including hospitals, office complexes, and industrial facilities.
