The Series 440HC Two Ply PBT-32 Tack is a MERV 8 “V” style filter that is designed to meet the harshest operating environments in any HVAC system. Manufactured from progressively structured fibers to better manage ingested particles throughout the two-plys of media. On the upstream side, larger denier fibers are used to capture large particles, and on the downstream side finer denier fibers are used to capture and retain smaller particles.
The Series 440HC uses a unique self-sealing design with a 9 gauge wire that force fits the filter media into the filter framing system ensuring a no-leak design.
