Aire-Loc™: Side Access Double Flat Bank Filter Housings (SADF) are designed to hold two stages of filtration. Each housing can accommodate a 2” or 4” deep pre-filter and a 2” or 4” final stage filter. Units require one or two doors depending on size.

The SADF’s are intended for new or replacement applications. Units are factory assembled in a “one piece” rugged construction and are reinforced with corner gussets to add extra stability.

The SADF Filter Housing is manufactured to suite your needs, including choice of metal, flanges, insulation, weatherproofing, and custom sizing.

Standard Housing Depths: 9”, 11”, or 13

1” Flanges on the entering and leaving sides for easy installation to the duct and air handling systems

Side-Access Doors for easy filter changeouts

Access doors are fully gasketed with a closed cell neoprene gasket ensuring airtight seal

Housings are sealed with a silicone compound on areas where metal meets metal to prevent air bypass.
